This friendly cat assisted in all aspects of tent erection, from ensuring the freshly-unwrapped tent was free of mice, checking the ends of the tent poles, closely supervising their insertion into the tent, and crawling underneath the tent once finally erected to check the continued absence of mice. Our night's sleep was thankfully completely undisturbed by mice of any kind, it has to be admitted.
