Word Of Mouse

We had a fabulous morning in Ancenis market buying food to delight. I was particularly taken by a stalll selling a wide aray of what looked to be truly stinky cheese. I eventually chose a small white triangular chese thet looked very tasty. I was slightly horrified (as those of you knowing my prejudices stemming from early childhood will imagine) when I later unwrappd it to the smell of GOAT! However, it was a delicate and delicious creamy soft cheese hidden beneath a brie-like skin. Very delicious especially when eaten with lumps of fresh bread on a park bench in the sunshine looking over the Loire... ahhh this is more like it.
