Not a cheese, but a wonderful dairy product. I hadn't had this before and in case there are those among you equally unenlightened it it a kind of yoghurty fermented milk thing. It's a Breton speciality, and is particularly good for people who are lying in bed not feeling like eating anything (or so I thought).

It's a bit unusual as it's fizzy but it's deliciously refreshing and has a simmilar consistency to Lassi. It reminded me of an Iranian drink I think Shahab introduced me to in Stoke one time.
