A fantastic and delicious comte style cheese sold to us on Castres market by the proud and persuasive producer. Expensive but worth every last Euro cent. A delicious hard and nutty cows cheese, quite sweet tasting and as delicious grilled on our lentil gratin as it was in the park in our sandwiches. mmmmmmmmmm.
