brought from Realmont market - a delicious soft white cheese (sheep?). It was very smooth and creamy as well as young and a bit crumbly beneath its soft skin. it survived two hot days in our paniers and still tasted great, though it had just started to run beneath the skin and was becoming shall we say a little more flavoursome.
